Gemma Wright

Assistant Credit Manager

Originally from North Yorkshire, Gemma started as Castlehaven’s office manager in October, 2017. She quickly took on additional responsibilities and moved to the role of credit executive the following March. In her current position, Gemma is responsible for the review and analysis of finance opportunities, as well as research and preparation of credit reports. She regularly liaises with professional teams and clients, bringing deals through the closing process. Her diligence and skills as a researcher make her the ideal support for our team of underwriters and credit analysts.

Prior to joining the Castlehaven team, Gemma worked for Special Olympics Europe Eurasia for eight years, most recently managing government relations and development. She also worked as a research analyst in the commercial property industry with Jones Lang Lasalle and held various administrative, sales, and service positions throughout England, Australia, and Scotland.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys literature, theatre, going to the cinema, traveling and practicing the self-defence sport of Krav Maga. She lives in Dublin with her husband Marty and their two children.
