The team at Castlehaven Finance was delighted to support Coppinger Building & Civil Engineering Limited in the delivery of 10 new homes at Ard an Mhuilinn, in the village of Kinvara, County Galway.

Six of these homes are close to completion and scheduled to close this month, the remaining four homes will be completed before the Christmas period – work in progress pictured below.

Located less than 30km from Galway City, and 8km from the M18 motorway, Kinvara has an abundance of neighbourhood amenities – including shops, restaurants, primary and secondary schools, church and a number of sports facilities – while retaining its west coast village feel.

The first houses at Ard an Mhuilinn were delivered in recent years and so the grounds have been extensively landscaped and nurtured, including green areas, mature trees and thriving shrubs.
