Senior Portfolio Manager

When Conor started at Castlehaven Finance in November, 2019, he was no stranger to portfolio management, with over 16 years experience in the property banking sector, both in lending and restructuring. He started his career in ACC Bank working in the Business Banking Team as Relationship Manager and later as Senior Asset Manager in the bank’s Loan Management. For the next two years, Conor held the title of Relationship Manager at Fitzwilliam Loan Management and from 2018 to 2019, he secured the same role in AIB Bank.

As Portfolio Manager at Castlehaven, Conor is responsible for monitoring the progress of developments, conducting site visits, processing monthly drawdowns, and addressing day-to-day issues and queries in relation to the Castlehaven portfolio.

Professionally, Conor takes satisfaction from being involved in the different stages of the development process—from the initial site works, through development, and on to completion and sale of the finished product. He enjoys working in a team environment and liaising directly with Castlehaven clients. His extensive banking & property experience allows him to develop positive working relationships with clients on existing and future projects.

In his free time, Conor enjoys playing football and boxing training, going to the cinema and live concerts, and going on treks. He is originally from Dublin.
