David Moriarty

Portfolio Manager

David joined CH in early 2019. His previous experience was gained at the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA), where he worked as a Residential Delivery Manager. He spent more than four years monitoring several large-scale residential developments across Ireland, as well as the subsequent site sales.

As a Portfolio Manager, David monitors progress of developments, conducts site visits, processes monthly drawdowns, and addresses day-to-day issues and queries in relation to the Castlehaven portfolio. He takes satisfaction in being a key part of a development’s progress, from an empty site, through construction, and on to the eventual sale of fully-completed homes. He appreciates that effective management of residential projects requires him to work with people from diverse professional backgrounds.

David is a native of Dublin. In his free time, he plays tennis, enjoys listening to music, and catches live gigs whenever he can.
