Grosvenor Lane is a small, bespoke housing project located in the heart of Rathmines, near Dublin’s city centre. These 3-bedroom terraced houses are extremely spacious and each feature their own private garden. Skylights allow light to flood through each floor of the home and beautiful woodwork is on display everywhere. These houses range from 1,800 – 2,200 sq. ft. Castlehaven financed both the acquisition and development on this project.
