Mark Parker

Head of Operations

Mark has been a member of CH since its inception, creating and implementing the tools and processes from which the business was launched. He was an existing associate of Will and Clark since October 2013, as part of the UK-based Miriad Finance. Prior to that, he served in various capacities for global construction and development group, Bouygues, including Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager and Development Officer.

His responsibilities as Head of Operations at Castlehaven centre around establishing and implementing processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency. Mark also conducts the movement of funds to and from our borrowers, manages portfolio financials and reports to stakeholders, both internal and external. His skills at structuring logical solutions, creating effective tools and coordinating multiple client profiles make him a valuable member of the Castlehaven team.

Mark’s interests outside of work include sports, health & wellbeing, and architecture. He is from Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
