Will Aylmer

Will has been working in the property sector for over 10 years, with experience in residential and commercial investments in both the UK and Ireland. He began his career working in a property consultancy firm in Dublin, managing a range of development projects from inception to completion, all on behalf of private clients.

In 2009 Will joined Clark in Miriad, a UK-based real estate financial advisory and investment firm, financing property investments and developments throughout the UK and Ireland. Miriad has successfully structured over £85 million in debt and equity on projects worth over £170 million combined.

Will’s role at CH includes a wide variety of responsibilities, including oversight of strategy, operations, reporting, loan structuring, execution, and monitoring. He drives the general direction of the firm and generates new ideas. He also spends time overseeing office functionality, in order to ensure each client is properly serviced and that all needs are met.

In his free time, Will enjoys being outside, watching sports, and playing hockey and golf.
